Spotify is an easy to use program which combines social networking and music. Spotify allows you to not only make a radio station based on an artist, but also to search songs or musicians and make your own playlist. The program is free for basic use. If you can get over the advertisements, I highly recommend Spotify.
Spotify is one of the best streaming services around, and their catalog has grown significantly since its infancy. Through premium service so you able to download your playlists to your device and listen to them on your phone as well. You will be able to find all the artists I like and even some newer ones that are related to them.
There mobile app is solid (aside from a no landscape mode which bugs me more than it should maybe). I do agree with the people saying that it screws over the artists a bit. Or at least the ones that don't have a big fan base. I remember reading a report that said that for every stream from Spotify an artist will get about $0.009 (I've read some that said less than this). That's rubbish really. The service is solid though, and it will only get better as it gains more popularity.
